“I can’t say enough nice things about Dave and his company. I called him on Sunday about noon. I left a message thinking I won’t hear anything until maybe Monday… judging by the company that was handling my mom’s lease model through the county department on aging. But to my surprise, he called back about three minutes later! I told him my plight, he quoted me a price and I said I wanted to see if any of the other companies I called would call back. He was the consummate professional and said sure, if you decide, I will reach out to my supplier and see if they can ship ASAP on Monday. I thought about it, trusted my instincts, and called him back around 5:00 pm that evening. I left a message and he texted me back that same evening!
The next morning I received a text asking for my address. Dave called to inform us he’d be at our home that Wednesday at 10:00 am ready to install our new unit.
